1. Ownership of Content

The Noir Service, including all text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, music, artwork, and computer code (collectively, "Content"), including but not limited to the design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, "look and feel," and arrangement of such Content, is owned, controlled, or licensed by or to Noir, and is protected by trade dress, copyright, patent, and trademark laws, and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws.
All rights reserved. No part of the Service may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, or distributed in any way without our express prior written consent.

2. Trademarks

"Noir", the Noir logo, and other Noir graphics, logos, designs, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names are registered trademarks, common law trademarks, or trade dress of Noir in the U.S. and/or other countries.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not ours, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Noir.

3. User Content License

While you retain ownership of your content, you grant Noir a broad license to use it for the operation and promotion of the Service, as detailed in our Terms of Use and User-Generated Content Policy. This includes the right to host, display, modify, and distribute your content.
